What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
Draft — not final
This page is a plain-English draft written to be reviewed by a lawyer before Trading Cockpit accepts any customers. It is not a finished legal agreement yet.
What we collect
Your email address, so we can send you your invite and the monthly report. If you become a customer: your account settings, your trading limits, and a record of the trades the software placed for you. Basic technical information such as the pages you visited, so we can fix problems.
How your exchange keys are handled
Exchange keys are stored encrypted and are used for one purpose only: placing the trades your settings allow. They are never shown back to you in full after you enter them, never shared, and never sold. Keys must be trade-only, so they cannot be used to withdraw money even if something went wrong.
What we never do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your trading activity with advertisers. We don't email you things you didn't ask for.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of trusted companies to run the service — for example, to host the website, store data, send email, and process payments. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep things
We keep your account information while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete your keys immediately and remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep records.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in every message. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. You can disconnect your exchange keys whenever you want, from inside the app or from your exchange.
